Gelato

Gelato, Italy's smooth and rich frozen dessert, gets its smoothness from custard. This delectable variation is made with three kinds of chocolate. Dark, Bittersweet, and white chocolate. This is one of my personal favorites is Italy's gelato. If you really really love chocolate then you're going to love this rich three chocolate gelato.

Lava Cakes.

Everyone loves lava cakes. This is another coffee cake for all those people who just love coffee. Its a very rich chocolaty mocha taste to it. It make seem and look complicated but its not prep takes just 15 minutes to do. I personally don't like lava cakes much just cause their to rich for me. If i eat one i get really sick cause like i said, their to rich and sweet for me. This one is called "Mocha Lava Baby Cakes".

Merry Mocha Pound Cake.

If you're a coffe lover and you like coffee cake this is just for you. This pound cake is a fluffy coffee-flavor cream is alternated with layers of ultra rich cake to create the ultimate mocha dessert. I have yet to make this yet but i really really want to it sounds so good!! I enjoy coffee cakes a lot their one of my favorites to eat. Pound cakes are really fun to make and their just so good their quite easy to make i think i really enjoy making Italian desserts and learning how to make then. I'll post the recipe for this also with all the other ones as well.

Cherry Cassata Torte

This variation of cassata, is a traditional Italian dessert often served at weddings, often a heavenly cherry brand-spiked ricotta and cream cheese filling flecked with almonds and dried cherries. I made this last night and i just fell in love with it. Its pretty easy to make does't take long to prep or chill. It takes about an hour and 30 minutes to cool. I'll post a blog about all these foods with the recipes and how to make then step by step.

Sweet italian treats are just what you need with an after-dinner cappuccino.

This espresso-spiked treat is the ultimate dessert. It means "pick me up" in Italian. This is very easy to make it only takes a total of 40 minutes but only 10 minutes to cook and 30 minutes to prep. Tiramisu are a very good desert if you like coffee and chocolates. If you like homemade light custard with egg and sweet wine, topped over with your favorite berries then Zabaglione with Berries is just for you. It only takes 25 minutes 15 to prep and only 10 to cook it. It's very easy to make also you could enjoy this with your family or whom ever. I'm just in love with these chocolate Gelato sandwiches lately. Fill a brioche roll with a scoop of homemade chocolate gelato for a hand-held sweet you will just fall in love it with it if you're a chocolate lover and you like vanilla and almond extract. This one takes quite some to too cook its about 1hour and 10 minutes but it is worth it.

Shrimp linguine

I just love shrimp linguine. Over the past few weeks I really have been enjoying a number of Greek  shrimp and tomato dishes such as shrimp saganaki. I came across another one in the form off a shrimp pasta on kalofagas, it quickly made it my meal mealplan. The recipe is really easy to make and you can just tell by looking at the ingredient list that this will just taste great. The tomato sauce is pretty simple consisting of onions, garlic, some white wine, the tomatoes of course, oregano, and of course lots of fresh herbs. This meal is perfect with fresh ripe tomatoes if they were in season but in the middle of winter canned tomatoes worked well. I really have high hopes for this dish and it did not disappoint me! The shrimp pasta in the tomato sauce was soo good!! Also topping this with some crumbled feta i just couldn't resist

Elk hunting

I have really been thinking about an wanting to do Elk hunting. it really seems fun and interesting than to always hunt deer. It's something different that i haven't done yet an i really want too. I mean being able to kill something that big now thats something. I wonder where i should go to go elk hunting....
