Cherry Cassata Torte

This variation of cassata, is a traditional Italian dessert often served at weddings, often a heavenly cherry brand-spiked ricotta and cream cheese filling flecked with almonds and dried cherries. I made this last night and i just fell in love with it. Its pretty easy to make does't take long to prep or chill. It takes about an hour and 30 minutes to cool. I'll post a blog about all these foods with the recipes and how to make then step by step.
